Orders received before 10am PST ship the same day.  Orders received after 10am PST ship the next business day.

GROUND shipping is $7, or free for orders above $150. EXPRESS shipping is $30, and
EXPEDITED NEXT DAY shipping is $40

Redo Free Unlimited Return orders have no return shipping cost. Other domestic online returns deduct return shipping cost from refunds. Damaged or incorrect items are exempt from return fee. Store credit or exchange returns incur no return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed once the return has been received and processed. Please allow 1-2 business days after the return has been delivered for a refund confirmation to be sent via email.

Most of our sweaters are not reproduced, however our sweaters can be found in local boutiques . Please see our Store List to find a location near you.

Most of our sweaters fit True to size unless they are cropped or oversized. Please reference our sizing charts for further details.

Best place to start would be with our best sellers, but you can never go wrong with a Cashmere Essential either. However sometimes we'd much rather be assured they get what they would like which is why we also have Gift Cards.
