How fast will my order be shipped?
Once orders are received, allow 2-3 business days for credits to be approved and processed. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, except holidays. All approved orders will be shipped out within the 2-3 business day period. For next day orders received before 1:00 pm PST, you can expect them the following day. Next day orders placed on a Friday after 1:oo pm PST will arrive the following Tuesday.
What method of shipping will be used?
Inside the continental U.S. we ship using USPS or UPS. We use United States Postal Service for international shipments and United States Postal Service to Canada. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries through our website, but contact us by phone or email if you would like to arrange that at (855) 865-2727 or sales@27milesmalibu.com.
Do you ship to a P. O. Box address?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to these regions will have additional shipping cost.
What are your Shipping Charges?
FREE Standard Ground Shipping. Continental U.S. orders only. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded. Some oversized, bulky or heavy items may require an additional shipping & handling charge and are excluded from free shipping. Shipping charges are determined by the zip code and the quantity of items ordered.

27 Miles Malibu ships from California. Standard shipping days are 3-5 days for the West Coast and 5-10 for the East Coast.
International Shipping: We ship via United States Postal Service for International orders, your delivery could take up to 30 days. The brand is not responsible to pay for duties and taxes, or other charges when shipping international orders.
USPS First Class Mail International: $50 (1-3 items on order)
USPS Priority Mail International: $80 (3-8 items on order)

At 27 Miles Malibu, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our process:
- Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
- We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must be returned with 27 Miles Malibu tags attached.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange
- Visit our online return portal that can be found in the website footer or here and submit your return request.
- Return Fee:
- For all online returns, a return shipping cost and restocking fee of USD $12.75 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are exempt from the return fee.
- Returns made for store credit or exchange do not incur the $12.75 return fee.
- Final Sale Merchandise:
- Items marked as final sale, including gift cards, gift with purchase, discounted merchandise (price as marked), or personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All sale items are Final Sale unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In such a circumstance please reach out to us within 14 days in which we will operate under the same return policy guidelines as full price items.
- Items marked as "Exchange Only" are eligible only for an alternative size or colorway of equal value.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- In case of receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 14 days of the delivery date for assistance.
- Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.
- Third-Party Retailers:
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or specialty stores must be returned to the store of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items bought from our third-party partners online or in stores.
- International Returns:
- Customers with shipping addresses outside the United States are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
- An additional return fee of USD $12.75 will be charged for international returns.
- Orders returned due to the customer's refusal to pay associated duties and taxes will be subject to an additional restocking fee of $35.
- The outbound international shipping fee of $25 is non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange, exceptions subject on a case-by-case basis.
- How to Return or Exchange:

- If eligible, you can download and print a return shipping label via the provided link. The $12.75 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns with shipping addresses outside the continental U.S., please contact our customer service team at Sales@27miles.com to arrange return shipping at your cost for qualifying merchandise.
- Exchange Policy:
- We offer exchanges at no cost for up to two exchange orders.
- If you exchange an item from your second exchange order and subsequently decide to exchange it again for a third time, a $12.75 return fee will be charged for the return of the third shipment and any subsequent exchanges.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse.
- It may take up to three weeks for your return to be fully processed.
- If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- If you are returning for an exchange, we will promptly send the requested item to you.
